What to do
1. For everyday muscle rest: Put a pillowcase over your feet and legs and spread your legs as far wide as possible until both feet catch each other. Do this until rested any time of the day only watching out from getting tired from laying down this way too long.
2. For deep muscle building: Put a pillowcase over your feet and legs and spread your legs as far wide as possible until both feet catch each other. Do it naturally and without holding up your feet. Let your feet rest naturally to the side and have them catch each other with the pillowcase. This will disengage your hips, back, legs and feet from holding themselves. The feeling of holding up your feet has likely lasted for years or decades or a lifetime. Upon not holding your legs up this way, you will create a massive dopamine efficiency difference and heal strength muscle.
