Guide 2 How to build muscle using a balled up shirt particularly strength muscle

Quick summary: Fold up a shirt long and bend it at the sides, then put it under your middle back and put the bends on the diagonal part of the side. Scroll down for explanations and more strategies.

What to do

1. Read up in the air definition on definitions page for this. Fold up/roll up a shirt and put it under unsupported for rest muscles such as the middle back and back heel. For the back, bend in the sides so that the shirt is on the diagonal part of the side next to the middle back to get the diagonal "in the air" part of the side. Laying on the front for the shins should also get this once a week or when necessary.

2. For everyday rest and muscle building: Use whenever your rest occurs to add to the rest ability. May also lengthen rest time ability after normal lay down occurs. Does not have to be used all the time. Even once a day will be enough to get the deep rest required.

3. For deep muscle building: While the Guide 1 pillowcase technique is being used causing the necessary dopamine efficiency, place one or two rolled up, bent at the side, shirts under your back to build upper body muscle. You should feel a thumping or a to relaxation transferring feeling.

Why it works

1. When muscles are no longer “up in the air” they are supported and are laying down well enough to create dopamine efficiency in the area and build muscle using the restructured dopamine.

Other notes

1. This technique can be used longer than Guide 1 however it should still have a limit to it if experiencing any problems with it.
