This nutrition guide is about things called nutrients. Nutrients are found in food. Nutrients are then broken down into the categories of vitamins and minerals and calories and macro nutrients. For example a macro nutrient is either protein or carbohydrate or fats. An example of vitamin is vitamin c. An example of an mineral is zinc. Calories in other nutrients are found on nutrition labels that set of the word numbers that are black and white on those food containers. This guide will work by slowly adding more necessary words at once to find a way to slowly explain how to understand nutrition. Look up definitions in this order.
