Guide 5 How to store a pillow easy and then use it for muscle building particularly hypertrophy

​Quick summary: Store a pillow on a hanger or elsewhere and use it after strength building is done to achieve hypertrophy muscle building. Scroll down for more strategies and explanations.

 

What to do

 

1. Cut a hole in the pillow’s pillowcase open end edge and hang it through the hook of a hanger and hang it up in the closet.

2. Put the pillow evenly under every side of every part of the body. There should be 8-10 pillow placements starting from the foot up to the head for each side and an extra 6 for the inner legs. There should be an extra 2-3 for the arms. This will only work after the time blocks strength muscle has been built as stated in the RFF definitions.

3. Store a pillow anywhere in your room or house and use it when necessary for everyday rest and everyday muscle building.

 

Why it works

​

1. The all encompassing per body part relaxed feeling, that is ready to build after strength muscle is built, will signal to the body that even hypertrophy can be built.

2. This will at best provide a medium rest and medium dopamine efficiency that will correspond to the medium resource requiring hypertrophy (less strain strength yet more strain than endurance. Other notes

​

1. Some body parts such as the legs can go on being used with a pillow underneath however some parts such as the back and sides don’t benefit from this use long term.
