Guide 4 - How to have some body parts lay flat to build muscle

What to do

 

1. This strategy should be used knowing it tires out the hand to a great extent. Make sure to limit the use of this and do not fall asleep like this or similar. Lay down on your right side and put your left hand under your right shoulder with the hand spread wide enough to get under the arm and chest. Only the top third of your hand should be under your body. If this immediately hurts then do not do this. There are other strategies below. This should build muscle in your hands. Do this anytime for priority in any of everyday muscle building, everyday muscle rest, deep muscle building, deep muscle rest for anyone of Strength, Hypertrophy or endurance. Do the same for the right hand except now on the left shoulder.

2. Lay on your back and fold over a shirt over your hand with the open end under your back tucked in tight and holding your hand to hold your hand down and held tight to create an easy hold disengaging some muscles and causing dopamine efficient hand muscle building. Disengaging the muscles that hold up your hand will create a different easier rest and will create dopamine efficiency to recover your hands.

3. The previous two methods will be used for everyday muscle rest as well as a deep rest all at once.

 

Why it works

 

1. This works similar to what is explained in previous guides. The muscles disengaged from being held tight under the shoulder get rest from holding and use dopamine efficiency to build muscle.

 

Other notes

 

1. Make sure to not leave your hand in these positions too long and switch between them until you’re as rested as can be in the hand.​
