While there's also deep rest and deep muscle building sometimes you just want to lay down and relax without doing extra work. For those who are younger and inexperienced this is a quicker way of learning new ways to lay down that may help you relax. Once not overdoing it by laying down in a similar position that is not comfortable enough, you can create more dopamine efficiency for an easier day of course however more for the high dopamine requiring deep muscle rest and deep muscle building.

 

Cross legged in legs, laying flat on back, (feet touching the bottom of each other & feet at the middle of the calf & feet at the top of the calf)

 

Left leg straight, right leg lean to the right with the with the right side of the right leg laying flat on the bed

 

Right leg straight, left leg lean to the left with the left side of the left leg laying flat on the bed

 

Left leg straight right leg bent with the bottom of the right foot laying flat on the bed.

 

Right leg straight, left leg bent with the bottom of the left foot laying flat on the bed

 

Legs halfway between straight and cross-legged

 

While this can also mean ways to lay down at your house it could also mean broadly some other ways.

 

For example you could try staying at a hotel to test the beds and learn new things about beds. What you could learn from hotel beds is a first timer experience thing, in life. You can learn that it's very easy to determine that a larger heavier bed causes a better rest and will give you some perspective on how important bed size and shape is.

 

Other ways are to try the furniture store and check out each furniture, especially the hard furniture you would normally ignore to increase the possibility of finding the correct furniture for you.

 

You may want some hard furniture in your house. Probably a bed is best for some soft furniture in your house and the choice varies from person to person, house to house.

 

It is acknowledged that certain furniture can automatically build muscle and be more valuable however this is likely amongst hotel beds and the similar. Technically almost all furniture builds muscle easily especially while sleeping however not the deep muscle that requires tools and build big muscles sober and awake.
