Guide 6 - How to use a tied up hoodie to build some muscle particularly endurance
​Quick summary: Tie up a hoodie and put it over your bent leg and tighten it, lean the leg in 4 possible directions with either the foot down or up to build endurance muscle after building a working out time block’s hypertrophy muscle. Scroll down for more strategies and explanations.
What to do
1. Tie up the a hoodie at the arms to create a circular object. Taller people can use a larger hoodie. Shirts are acceptable too however not if they come undone.

2. Take the tied up shirt and lay on your back and bend your leg up and put the shirt over the bent leg. This will hold the leg up in place. Make sure to tighten the hoodie at the knot until fully supporting the leg to keep itself up easy. See if this builds endurance muscle. If not starting with the left leg tilt leg to the right until the muscle is built. Then hold it straight again. Then tilt it slightly to the left until the muscle all builds. Then tilt the leg almost all the way to the left. If it it does not still work lift back the leg pulling on the hoodie and trying in the 4 directions mentioned. Try the same method except the other directions for the right leg. This can only be completed after building the strength muscle and hypertrophy muscle per each working out time block you have experienced for your current hidden muscle.

3. For everyday rest and everyday muscle building: Do similar to above except everyday not based off hidden muscle. Try to add shirts to your middle back and back heel while trying this to add dopamine efficiency from the rest. You may also not want this extra stuff due to the leg being held up causing difficulty.
Why it works
1. Disengaging the foot from pressing on the bed while laying on your back (the easiest way to lay down) will create dopamine efficiency in your lower body, will build endurance in the lower body and then through dopamine efficiency will build endurance in the whole body. Other notes
1. This is a difficult hold and should be used sparingly if possible. However many people use a laptop like this for hours so this technique could be used for hours if necessary. Saving on dopamine will happen and will show you how worth it the guide is.
